• Student and parent access to accounts, invoices, and balances.
• Secure communication of relevant academic and financial information.

Our services are intended solely for authorized users (employees, teachers, students, and parents).

By using our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials (username and password).

3. Email Usage

We use email exclusively for:

• Delivering pay slips to teachers and employees.
• Sending student/parent usernames and passwords.
• Sending student invoices and balance updates.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or newsletter emails.
